Set in the sumptuous Fullerton Hotel, Jade – part of the ever-growing Tung Lok restaurant group – is a magnet for expense account types, suits and ladies who lunch. The modern Canto classics are served in individual portions, all exquisitely prepared. Choose from ribs braised in honey and mocha, tofu drizzled with truffle oil, lobster bathed in citrus cream, and sautéed beef shot through with black pepper. The dim sum is superb.
