If you get déjà vu here, it’s because many of the staff – including the sinseh ($10 for a basic consultation) and Doris Ho, the manager – used to work at the Metropole Hotel’s Imprial Herbal Restaurant. Try the quick-fried shredded snakehead fish with gelatinous wai san, and the pears poached with a dusting of fritillary powder.
