This modern Sichuan and Cantonese restaurant turns a fetching five years old, and in celebration it is offering an affordable Deluxe Sea Treasures platter from 14 March to 17 April. To whit, chef Goh Chee Kong puts together Australian abalone with Granny Smith roulade, pan-fried langoustines with X.O. sauce, and baked US king crab with a miso-mayonnaise sauce, arranged in cold and hot bites on a modern-style platter.
