This wholly Italian-imported (down to the ingredients and machinery) franchise touts preservative-free, low-fat, low-calorie and low-glucose cold treats that are rich in vitamins, antioxidants and – we’re guessing it’s fruit – fibre. The cosy teal-and-white rectangular café serves more than just 15 options of gelato (pistachio with sea salt, and vanilla whisky inclusive, $3.90-$6.90) and flavoured yogurt and gelato tenero ($3.90-$5.40); it also serves cremosa (creamy slushed ice, $3.90), crêpes and waffles (from $5.50).
