Can’t shake that 3am craving? Banquet restaurant chain Tung Lok Group’s youngest venture is a round-the-clock Chinese dessert restaurant on the ground floor of The Heeren. Signature bowls include a warm blacksesame tangyuan (round soup dumplings) in walnut cream ($4.50), shaved ice with red beans on top of yam cubes ($6) and a refreshing lemongrass pudding with mango, pomelo and sago cream.
