This modern bistro grill opened in late August 2008 at Pan Pacific Orchard (formerly the Meritus Hotel Negara), serving contemporary European cuisine. Although early reviews say it’s pricey, it still worth the visit just to satisfy your craving for Blackmore full-blood Wagyu beef – or free range and organic Kurobuta pork. We know someone, somewhere out there is craving organic pork.
