Chef from Rome brings celebrations
Two-Michelin star guest chef Antonio Genovese of Il Pagliaccio restaurant in Rome drops into Singapore for three days (20-22 October) to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Italy’s unification. Dine on a four-course lunch with Mediterranean origins and Asian influences at The St Regis’ shaded poolside restaurant: dishes include a San Pietro fillet with rhubarb and turbot filled with porcini mushrooms, with a side of mustard seeds. Lunch is served between noon and 2.30pm. Genovese is also cooking dinner for gastronomes at Brasserie les Saveurs on the same days until 11pm.
