This second-floor restaurant harboured in a 1919-built art-deco edifice sits illusorily moored by the water across from The Fullerton Hotel. The natural wood furniture, greyish-blue palette and historical black-and-white photos that hang on the wall are hip juxtapositions to the seasonal, modern European menu. Signature dishes include fish chowder with sea bass carpaccio and braised Wagyu beef ribs.
