This month the cake specialists have dreamt up the Lemon Revelry, a tangy, citron mousse cake with crème noisette and a crispy, delicious royaltine base. Yum.

Chocolate buffet at Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore
If your mother’s been going on about you about getting married, having a kid, dating or just nagging for the sake of it, keep her quiet by encouraging her to munch her way through a chocolate-and-nuts buffet. And should she have a breather – ie, time for her to nag – signal for the waiter to bring over another cup of chocolate orange.
