The Paris-centric pâtisserie opens its fourth and larget branch at chi-chi Palais Renaissance
Taking over the central open basement space formerly occupied by Heart Bistro, this branch of the popular pastel-themed French café is its fourth and largest yet. Modelled after Versailles’ outdoor garden, with seating for over 90 diners, it has a new dinner menu and an expanded selection of breakfast sets, crêpes and cakes. Among the new items are classic Gallic dishes such as French onion soup ($16.50), boeuf bourguignon ($36) and confit de poitrine de porc (pork belly confit, $36).
