Time Out says

Located next to classic French restaurant Brasserie Gavroche along Tras Street, Fleur De Sel’s chef owner Alexander Lozachmeur, who’s had stints at the renowned Spoon restaurants and Alain Ducasse’s Au Plaza Athénée (he’s also worked at local establishment Au Petit Salut) serves his contemporary take on traditional French fare.

With the intimate 30-seater featuring an open-concept kitchen, diners can keep one eye on Lozachmeur as he whips up dishes like the Le Foie Gras de Canard ($28), seared duck liver and apple tatin and Les Cuisses de Grenouille ($20), crumbed frog legs in a watercress puree and garlic butter. Mains include the La Lotte ($38), braised monkfish with fennel, and the Le Lapin ($35), arborio rice risotto with shredded braised rabbit; take your pick of desserts such as the Le Baba ($18), a Grand Marnier soaked baba served with chocolate sauce. An eight-course degustation menu is available at $168.
