The breakfast experience doesn’t get any more authentic than this. For 60 years, generations of loyal, local residents have been turning up at Chin Mee Chin for their morning kick-start of jet-black coffee (served in the traditional porcelain cups, thank you) and soft-boiled eggs. Don’t miss the thick slabs of toast that are slathered with butter and a side slathering of kaya. Take a taxi.
