Klapsons’ bistro awakens
Taking over Lucas’ ground floor space is a more casual eatery serving staple hotel fare: seven salads ($9.50-$12.50), seven mains ($15.50-$29.50) – including a steak, ribs, fish and chips, burgers and pastas – and eight local dishes ($9.50- $18.90). The olive oil prata ($9.50) must be eaten with the Bailey’s Dinosaur ($15) – an ice-cold Milo made with the alcoholic Irish cream.
