This Timbre Group restaurant offers thin-crust pizzas and a musical treat
Co-founder Danny Loong’s love of vintage vinyl records cemented the concept for Timbre Group’s latest: a bright, yellow-hued, retro-fitted, glass-enclosed pizzeria at Lavender’s V Hotel. A turntable plays a collection of Chaka Khan and The Giving Tree author Shel Silverstein’s works while diners pore over 20 savoury and dessert oven-baked pizzas (7- or 12-inch, thin-crusted) – mostly named after famous musicians, albums and songs.
