i am a huge fan of all the da paolo stores, and i frequent da paolo gastronomia AT LEAST 4 times a week. But I was utterly disappointed at the service and food quality of Da Paolo Pizza Bar! id give it -2 out of 5 it was so bad

Went twice in 3 wks and both times the staff looked like they'd rather be elsewhere. No smiles, no greeting, well...no nothing. Oh wait, perhaps I don't belong to the 'HV-type' crowd - I did overhear 'Excuse me sir' to the table behind, or even a smile to a customer on another table.
