After 25 years in the kitchen, Napolitano chef Antonio Cocozza, formerly of Senso Ristorante and the now-defunct Bice, opens his own 30-seat pizzeria with wife Germaine Wong off the Kampong Glam area with thirteen-inch pizzas: porchetta ($24) and bianca ($24) – an aged smoked bacon and black truffle cream pizza, and pastas like raviolacci ($24) – ravioli filled with porcini served with butter, sage and white truffle oil – on its menu.
