East meets West atop Mount Emily
Sharing a space with the Hangout@Mt Emily hostel, this quaintly located and plainly decorated fine-dining restaurant perches on a quiet hill, ideal for laidback weekend set-menu brunches or candlelit weekday dinners. In this relatively small space, low ceilings give off a cosy vibe while large windows overlook the surrounding neighbourhood scenery. Much celebrated chef Willin Low has an imaginative menu, fusing local Singaporean flavours with Italian cooking techniques, as seen in his Bee Tai Bak Bolognese or laksa pesto linguine. Tasting menus are also available for that special occasion.
