The menu of Japanese street food is comprehensive, so you could have several meals here and never have the same dish twice. Service is brisk and the food arrives on the table in waves. Ramen holds centre stage – huge bowls of nutty strands float in a light stock. We love the version with a hard-boiled egg and thick discs of fatty, pale-coloured char-siew. Pair this with bijoux crescents of gyozas pungent with chives; creamy strips of grilled eel; and marshmallowy pillows of creamy tako yaki.
