Celebrity ramen chef Keisuke Takeda has set up his first overseas ramen outlet
True to his 'Ramen Revolutionist' moniker – who was officially crowned Ramen King in TV Tokyo's Ramen Champion Series – there will be more than just traditional fare; look out for the ebi ramen – ramen in prawn-based stock, cooked French consommé-style.
