Margarita's
Tex-Mex is the name of the game here, and in a very good way. Even the opening salvo of golden corn chips in a blood-red salsa of tomato, chile and coriander deserves a little cry of joy. Highlights include a chile con queso (a creamy dip of tomatoes and cheese); perfectly breaded mushrooms sitting in a pool of heady garlic sauce; and pillowy home-made enchiladas cushioning fresh swimmer crabmeat with a hefty side of pinto beans, rice and salad. Probably the best seats in the house are out along the wide, breezy verandah, while tossing back a lethally potent, chilled margarita. Vegetarian versions of just about everything on the menu are also available.

This used to be a sincere place for decent tex-mex. But they have gotten greedy and started charging for everything and anything. Que lastima.
simply one word - AMAZING!!
Tao... you go to a mexican restaurant.. to drink wine? don't wrong me here.. but its like going to the kopitiam and asking for hardliquor.. when you're in rome do as the romans do.. so get yourself a margarita next time..
I have been a few times and the Staff is getting much better. And the new Menu is GREAT! I'll be back soon.
simple food is ugly expensive here but is quite well executed. drinks are sooo pricey.sneakily they only sell poor quality 'boutique' wines so most cant spot the price gouging.bad wine at 300%+ markup is fair indication of the overall attitude here.
The food was competent enough but nothing spectacular (some portions were slightly disappointing given the prices charged and do avoid the sangria - watered down and tasted of cheap pre-mix, not sure if they knew what a sangria was supposed to taste like). Place was extremely noisy so only go there if you have no desire to make conversation with your dinner companions.
The staff here need training!! Disappointing is an understatement.
I love this place and so do a lot of other people I know in Singapore. Nice ambience too.
I found the flavors at Margarita insipid, a far cry from the food one sees in South-Western US, let alone Mexico.
great quality mexican food in singapore.
