The Mexican Taco Bar may have shortened its name, but its menu has expanded far beyond solely offering tacos. Now simply known as The Mexican, the street-food chain now offers variants on six other traditional Mexican dishes, such as fajitas with a selection of fillings and chili con carne nachos, all skilfully brewed up by Mexican native Angeles Herrero. Bursting with the robust flavours of Mexico’s signature spices, all dishes are MSG-free and made with fresh ingredients daily.
