The latest baby from the prolific Marmalade Group starts with an awesome wine list (get a load of that sensational wine tower) and then builds a menu of to-share tapas-sized dishes around it. Who knew that roasted bone marrow, sprinkled with parsley salt, could taste so deliciously like foie gras? Or that pork belly could achieve such a firm – yet moist – texture? But if tapas is not your thing, then consider the bouillabaisse, which arrives in a small black cauldron brimming with mussels, fish wedges, prawns and scallops. Recommended tipple: the golden melony notes of the Saint Clair. Downer: the toilet is an annoying schlep into the adjoining office tower.
Tapas $8-$15, and main courses $18-$45.
