The best time to arrive is right before sunset
Located within Marina Bay Sands SkyPark, Ku De Ta is a classy club, bar and restaurant that was originally founded in Seminyak, Bali. Panoramic views and an uninterrupted musical backdrop are the draws at this 40,000 sq ft destination. As you pop that champagne cork, immerse yourself in the picturesque surroundings and admire the view from 257m above sea level. The sunset is beautiful up here, and it’s a highly recommended time to hit the establishment.

Ku De Ta - Really nice view & ambience on top, we went to the Bar twice. But both times really can't tolerate lousy service & attitudes of the waiters... It's sad that the upper management is not aware or choose to ignore..

Return time and time again last time last week. Bravo to the staff who are always exceptional. Bravo to the best vista in Singapore. Bravo to Perry Lee and his team. I have also been to Ku de Ta in Bali which I prefer less. 5 stars from me. Jillian Clarke

The view at the top was amazing, but once we went to Ku De Ta, everything went downhill. We spoke to 2 Filipino waiters and 1 Filipino waitress, who all had such heavy accents their English could barely be understood.
Add to that the fact that they talked bad about us in dialect, presuming that they would not be understood.
Well, sorry about their luck, I speak 4 languages including Filipino and 2 Philippine dialects on top of that, and understood every single word.
And even if I did not, it does not excuse the rude behavior. It boggles the mind how people in the service industry (in this case just waiters/waitresses) could be so lacking in manners.

Honestly I don't know why the place is getting such negative reviews. I have been there 3 times and loved it.
I took my whole family who came over from the UK for my wedding in Oct and they thought it was fantastic. The food is great - and the portions are just right. You can actually eat quite reasonably if you don't have booz.
The junior staff are a little green, but the snr staff seem attentive and enthusiastic about their work. Their sommelier is great - knows a hell of a lot. Big thumbs up from me!

7.30pm reservation on a mid week, not seated until 8.20pm and having had to ask 3 times. Credit card taken at bar, told they would carry it forward to the meal. Bill came after meal and told would have to go and settle bar bill separately. Unenthusiastic service and ordered incorrectly taken despite repeating it. Cost is what you would expect but ambiance, service and overall experience is terrible. Not worth it in any shape or form.

I attended an event at Ku De Ta and overall I would say that this is NOT an exclusive place. Very suffocating place to enjoy yr drinks at. I asked the guy standing at the back of the club where the toilets were and u have to exit the club and he chipped in and u can't bring yr drink. Is it my fault u don't have a toilet in yr club? and obviously i'm not going to go to the toilet with my drink rite? Later on in the evening when I wanted to walk to the open air lounge area they said the event is over so no entry to that area. OK No Kudeta for then and may u RIP!

Overpriced, small portions are ridiculously expensive. The views are spectacular, but there are too many people and so you can't even see the views when you are sitting down. The servers are inexperienced. The presentation is terrible. The concept is not pleasing. Overall a mediocre restaurant; nothing great. Many other places that hold more worth for their money.

Loved it ..The views were spectacular and the service very attentive....My only criticism would be the music...Why do these places all play mind numbing thumping music ? Let me do them a playlist :-)

Come on guys! Hire staff who are trained, or at least spend the effort to train them. From the bar to the restaurant, diners' end to end experience is not consistent. If you guys are not serious about the business, don't do it...!

Mediocre food and shambolic service, the latter mainly a result of a downpour that drove the outside diners indoors. The view is something special but doesn't make up for being served my veggies after I had finished dessert. Buy a postcard and eat at a hawker centre.

Went for dinner and drinks here last Friday - very impressed with the great service and attentive staff. Special thanks to Perry who showed us around and was really helpful. Many thanks to all..can't wait to come back!

Once you take away the views, which are obviously spectacular, Ku De Ta sinks into a pool of mediocrity and disappointment.
br> And you better check the weather before you go, since if it rains (and in Singapore they "do" rain like nowhere else), the views fade, the bar and restaurant button up into a hopelessly overbooked indoor experience, and the average service becomes abject.
br> The food is no great shakes, and arrives in dribs and drabs with no rhyme or reason. There is no concept at Ku De Ta of serving all the guests main courses at the same time (not even within 10 minutes of each other) and our side-dish veggies came before the mains, were withdrawn to be re-heated, and then returned when we had completed our mains.
br> Despite all the above we tried and managed to enjoy the evening, although the drunken girl slumped asleep on the next table was a sight I had never seen in a supposedly classy restaurant anywhere in the world.
br> Singapore is full of first class bars and dining experiences - my advice is save your cash and go elsewhere.

After 10 years of dining at KTD Bali, we were drawn to KDT Singapore.
This may well have been the worst dining experience in years. Desperately poor food, many dishes unavailable, self-pour your own champagne and even the wait staff tell you how disappointed diners have been since the start.
I'm not sure how this place will survive. Give it a miss.

This place is vulgar. You imagine a high class, high-quality establishment perched on top of Singapore's hottest new high rise. Sadly, however. it is not. The greeting is poor, the whole area is brimming with giddy tourists and jet engine loud kids. On entering the bar first the crowd doesn't get any better with the place full of wannabes gawping at the view and generally getting in the way or city banker types who reserve of large portions of the venue then fail to use the space! Drinks menu ok but don't drink to much otherwise you'll want to use the toilets only to discover there are none! You are required to leave the club and use the dirty, poorly maintained and few in number disabled toilets. Yuk. On going to eat I could not transfer my tab which I was only told when I left. You have to leave the bar and walk some distance to the restaurant. We were told that our table would be ready at 1030 only to discover we had an uncomfortable 15 min wait. A further 15 minute wait fir service only to be handed menus impossible to read in the dark (no lighting at your table). On ordering the chef came out to discuss our options, made recommendations most of which we declined due to dietary issues we got his choices anyway. The food arrived and we were told immediately order dessert because the kitchen was closing ? Why put us on such a later cover then close? This place is all mouth and no trousers I won't be going back.

To be honest ... I have not beem amazed by the place. The view is nice for sure and that makes the beauty of it; remove the view and we are left with a pale restaurant that serves the champagne with no style; I don't mind paying, but for that price i was expecting to be served with style and attention - really disapointed - also by night, around the bar, make sure to bring your torch light

We had a meal there on opening night, it was an amazingly delightful and delicious meal, full credit to the chef and staff who were all very service-orientated. This will be a must for every visit we take to Singapore. Well done, fabulous night and atmosphere. Thank you two gals from Perth.

We have been to Ku De Ta in Bali and think it is a must for every trip to Bali. Cannot wait for it to open here, would love to add it to our list of frequented places.
