Don’t worry – this isn’t some seedy pick-up joint. My Type simply serves food specially made for people under each specific blood group. The jury may be out on the medical front, but it still makes for an interesting meal. Besides, the menu is free of processed or GMO ingredients, or trans fat. The ‘O’ meal includes a generously portioned row of sweet ocean trout sashimi on a thicket of rocket, a moist brick of grilled sea bass and a yummy blueberry smoothie. The ‘A’ meal, on the other hand, includes snowy scallop discs, roast chicken and jasmine tea jelly.
