The Dining Room has stepped away from Top Chef snafus and emerged with a superb menu that plays off the beachfront setting, where the sky-high ceilings allow for sea views. Prawns bathe in the chilled, tart-yet-smooth gazpacho soup, and lobster meat is mixed with three types of basil in the fresh starter salad. Warranting a trip back from the sea, the house special is a prime striploin with duck-fat potatoes and smoked eggplant.
