Named for the owner’s hometown, this tapas restaurant at the back of quiet TripleOne Somerset is divided into three sections – chef’s tables, bar and outdoor seating. Fresh-out-of-Spain chef Emilio Zamora offers an authentic menu of tapas, pintxos (skewers) and montaditos (baked flatbread with a range of toppings). Sharing plates include piquillos rellenos de langostino (roasted peppers stuffed with shrimp) and cocchinillo de Segovia (Segoviastyle roasted suckling pig). There’s further entertainment when the paella is cooked out on the balcony for big groups.
