Another Spanish tapas bar in the Tanjong Pagar neighbourhood, Platitos (literally meaning 'smallplates') offers a selection of bar bites mainly to pair with drinks – there are simple items like chorizos and spicy chicken wings ($6.90), tuna ceviche ($7.90), which is marinated in citrus and comes with chives, coriander and sesame seeds, patatas bravas ($4.90), and even meatballs ($5.90). Drinks-wise, there are the usual suspects such as margaritas ($9), mojitos ($8) and sangrias ($9/glass, $32/jug), as well as a house beer ($9/pint, $20/jug). For the CBD lunch crowd, there are paninis from $7.90.
