A few weeks ago, me and my families eat here. Because my mother has high sugar level, we order a dessert with less sugar.
After we finish our meal, we ask the waitress for our dessert. The waitress then said that they can not change the amount of sugar in the dessert. I then said that it's okay, just serve it.
Then we wait for a couple more minutes. The dessert still not coming out! I then ask the waitress, who is actually the manager of Flying Chillies. I ask what happen to our order of dessert, she then answered that she cancelled it.
HOW IN THE BLUE HELL YOU CANCEL AN ORDER WITHOUT FIRST CONFIRMING IT WITH THE CUSTOMER!!!!
This is the first time I experienced this terrible service. My family then decide to just quickly pay and go out. After my family went out, I still felt pissed off.
So I went back to that female manager and I unleash my frustration. What I get from her, is just typical half-assed apology just like what every Singaporean do when they make mistake. "Sorry a"
For those of you who still want to eat in this restaurant, prepare to have your ordered cancelled without any reason and without notifying you. I already warned you.
