Time Out says

This casual black-and-white eatery takes the place of popular hawker-esque bistro The Fat Cat at the end of mini food street Jalan Riang. Downing a couple of beers (there's a happy hour promo of three pints for the price of two till 7pm) with the spicy Thai fare is mandatory here; other than competent crowd favourites like the clear tom yum seafood soup ($10/small portion, $16.50/large) and papaya salad ($10), don't miss the 'Weeping Tiger' ($24), perfectly-grilled medium rare slices of sirloin beef in a potent spice rub, and the salted egg with cuttlefish ($15.50), tasty squid rings stir-fried and swimming in a moreish salty-sweet egg sauce.
