No Phil Collins jokes here – Genesis offers a fully vegetarian menu without a trace of animal products. Espousing a firm belief in the healing power of plants, this health-conscious joint serves a variety of dishes from almond basil pasta to traditional zha jiang mian (noodles). Take a bite of their super-healthy home-made vegetarian cookies – in flavours like lemon pumpkin flaxseed and cashew nut – made without butter, eggs, milk or margarine. We know – it’s hard to believe anything can still taste good without any of those ingredients, but give it a try.
