From WWW Concepts (the restaurant group behind other Chinatown-area venues Mariko’s and The Retrospective on Keong Saik Road, plus the original Bartini on Club Street), this new venue expands upon the Bartini brand’s original watering hole concept with some hefty food options. Helmed by Yantra alumn chef Akhil Prabhu, there will be croissants and coffee (perfect for CBD denizens) in the morning, plus options like Argentine Angus ribeye steaks ($34), The Retrospective’s mac and cheese ($29) and thin-crust pizzas ($16-$19) come lunch and evening time. On weekends, a sizeable menu of brunch standards ($14-$34) takes over. Staying true to their namesake, cocktails by Bartini’s Barnaby Murdoch are on offer through it all, like the citrus-charged Pornstar Martini ($22), potent Diplomat ($25), as well as a selection of white and red wines ($40-$190), spirits and whiskies (it even comes with a helpful pronunciation guide, $14-$26) by the glass.
Drinks from $7-$410.
