This place is one of the best restaurants in town. Dont usually come across such professionalism in such a small set up but i was impressed with every aspect of my experience here. Top scores all round, kudos to the service staff. No service charge - all restaurants should follow the lead of this establishment. 10/10. Perfection!

I have been here a few times and the service is consistently amongst the best of all restaurants in Singapore.

I have been there a few times and the food has been consistently good. They probably just couldn't handle huge crowd.

We went to Broth last night for dinner for a change from The Universal. Frankly speaking I am amazed that they actually get packed, it must be just be me or the quality of patrons they have at the restaurant. We had the Salad of shaved fennel (which is pretty much a wardolf salad) and it was covered in not walnut oil dressing as described but too much mayonnaise. And the Pan fried foie gras on peanut butter croissant was just wrong; the peanut butter was overpowering the Foie Gras which should be good on its own. We decided to still finish t and thought of still going ahead with our main order and still have the benefit of the doubt but the main just killed any appetite I had left, Lobster baked in coconut roti, green vegetables & light ginger curry sauce > it was the worst thing I ever tasted in my life. Left a very sour taste in my mouth, I had no idea that the lobster would be in the bread and the vegetable (they killed them, they were not green but just over baked and dried, curry tasted as if it came out of an instant curry packet. We didn’t eat the main and gave feedback to the waiter and nothing was done, the least would be to take the dish back and offer a different main course or even not charge me for the main course. Very very disappointing, in service and quality of food, it is such a pity as you do have a nice ambience. Perhaps that’s what people pay for?

That is such a shame as i have been to Broth a few times and really love it. Generally the service and food is really good, i guess they just couldn't deal with Valentines day.

Hi there, Was there yesterday for my first valentine's day with my boyfriend whom have made the reservation more than a month ago. They only have 2 time slot for us to choose from, 7pm or 9pm. And so he booked the 9pm slot since i'm only finishing work at 7pm. We took our time to drive there and we reached the place at 8.35pm. Standing at the entry and the staffs are so busy to attend to us and we waited for about 5 mins until we managed to catch one of the staff. He told us that we are early and have to come back at 9pm. And so we went to the bar few doors away for a quick drink. We went back at 9pm, they said there are 2 tables just billed and gotta wait for them to leave and so, they said they will give us a call once the table is ready. We thought we'll just take a slow walk around the area. Waited for 5 mins, another 5 mins passed and another 5 more mins passed... still no calls from them. We went back to them at 9.30pm, and they still couldn't recognize us even though we went back there twice. And said the customer have billed and again, asked us to wait until the table is available. We starts to get mad and question him that what is the point to let people make reservation and yet there are no table available for us. Those people who are sitting outside or inside of the restaurant are new faces which we believed they are the '9pm group'. The excuses are so lame and lack of well managing. We are so angry and hungry to have to wait for them to give us a call back and we decided to leave the place and look for whichever restaurant that welcome us. Of course, due to the incident, they have spoilt our first valentine's day.
