EmailThe folks behind Island Creamery have officially ventured beyond their creamy turf with the inception of this chic-rustic, corrugated tin- and woodframed burger bistro. What sets this new kid on the block apart from its burger brethren is its undivided attention to selling home-style burgers at affordable prices – $5.70 gets you a classic burger with a plump hunk of juicy flame-grilled New Zealand beef patty swaddled in toasted buns. Veggie options are offered as well – try the pan-fried, breaded Portobello mushrooms. Rice lovers need not despair; you are welcome to swap the burger buns for the utterly fragrant and fluffy butter garlic rice at no additional cost. Top up $3.20 and they’ll throw in your choice of canned beverage and lip-smacking, spice-dusted French fries.
