Located at the edge of the One Fullerton complex is this smart, mostly-outdoor, black-and-white wine bar that serves over 35 choices by the glass from all over the globe (except South America) – eight champagnes ($11-$59), eight white ($8-$16), 16 red ($8-$46) and two dessert ($12 & $30). While it’s all-white marble bar-top seating indoors, it’s more casual by the water, with white rattan two- and single-seaters. Small Western plates are also served – from truffle fries ($10) to 17-hour Kurobuta pork belly ($15), sausages ($10) and slow-braised lamb lollipops ($15) – a gourmet selection varied enough for a discerning CBD crowd. Oh, and they do substantial lunches too, liquid or not.
Drinks $8-$59; tapas $10-$18.
