MELT - The World Café presents a special Thai buffet created by Chef Sumet of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. The extensive menu will feature signature dishes like phad Thai goong, various Thai curries, and delectable desserts such as stewed banana in coconut milk. You can also sign up for Chef Sumet's cooking classes (11 & 18 Jul, 11 am). A cooking class costs $88++ per person inclusive of a Thai buffet lunch.

 

Costs:

  • $54++ per person for lunch (Daily)
  • $65++ per person for dinner (Sun-Wed)
  • $70++ per person for dinner (Thu-Sat)
