The suit-wearing crowd should rejoice now that Dotted Line is available at Swirl. Designer Dorothy Loh, an ex-banker herself, is clearly clued in to the day-today fashion needs of the offi ce worker and specifi cally turns out a limited quantity of smart business attire so that no one needs to look like they’re wearing a common company uniform.
