Disco Aerobics
This retro-inspired class is an energetic workout that celebrates disco fever with fancy moves and cool tunes. Pure Fitness (6100 3813, www.pure-fitness.com). Available to all members.

Sit & Be Fit
A no-impact workout designed to help increase flexibility and balance while increasing strength – a total body workout from a chair. ANGE Dansfit (9786 9400, www.facebook.com/ANGE.dansfit). $100-$150.

Zhan Zhaung Qi Gong

Zumba Toning

Aqua Aerobics
