Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort

Shaped like a curved cruise ship, the Rasa Sentosa has been re-branded as Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort following an $80-million makeover that finished in January 2011. The only resort with a beachfront locaton, it has all the right ingredients for a tropical seaside holiday. Located on the western tip of Sentosa, its rooms are airy and bright, with balconies providing sweeping views of the sea or lush gardens. The large swimming pool and white sands of Siloso Beach keep the kids entertained (it’s a great place for a short family break) and sporty types can flex their muscles on the rock wall, play petanque or go paddle-skiing.
