Forget about smelling like a celebrity; wear your own birthstone on your skin. Sage perfume oils ($185) and roll-ons ($90) from the USA are concocted in the spirit of, and named after, the various birthstones such as garnet (January), onyx (August) and topaz (November). Made from 100 per cent oil, Sage perfume oils are said to last the entire day. And the pretty packaging is certainly an added plus.
