Tucked away in the unlikely King’s Arcade, this spa is a secret among the well-heeled residents of Bukit Timah. Treatment rooms are airy and comfortable, equipped with oversized massage beds that allow the therapists to clamber on to inflict some serious deep-tissue bodywork. The popular Royal Experience ($130) is a two-hour treatment with a body scrub, fresh herbal steam bath and a full-body massage. Pain never felt this good. There are also discounts on full body massages – 20 per cent on weekends and 10 per cent on weekdays.

I would strongly recommend a real getaway from the city with Benjaphan spa's authentic Thai Massage. For just $130 for 2 hours, I can already have full body scrub, Thai Herbal Steam and the Thai Massage. The spa has luxurious furnishing and a very relaxing environment because of the trees around the area. I love the scrub, I can feel my skin so soft and the steam to elevate my mood. The therapist are all from Thailand so I'm assured of a satisfying Thai massage. Perfect for special events and for total relaxation. I'm sure going there will be very worth the time and money.
