The skinny, 'ever so friendly' Eurasian receptionist obviously still has not been on a course which teaches basic manners.
Maybe she has, and she failed.
This aside, if you take the time to talk to some of the employees there, it becomes very clear that the place is more and more becoming like a sweat shop, such as not enough time for a proper meal, long massages rostered back-to-back, extended working hours without proper compensation etc.
Shame on this type of operator.

The Siglap branch has one of the rudest receptionists. A skinny Eurasian girl, who fakes friendliness and who doesn't know how to say thanks, when you hand over your money. She needs to do a course on basic manners urgently!

The shady, pushy creep of a manager here will stop at nothing to get your membership, even asking you intrusive personal questions, then whingeing when you refuse to join.
My reasons? Not just him but the flatulent Sumo who belched loudly five times during the massage (thanks for that), went for a toilet break, gave me the wrong kind of disposable undies (mine were only big enough for an anorexic infant), chatted with her mates and virtually killed me with her oversized hands. Never again

Went to one of the branch yesterday hoping to rejuvenate and to get a good massage but was so disappointed as the hospitality there was really poor.
The front counter staff was so unfriendly and has no manners at all. Suggest these people has to be sent for a customer service course.
Worst, I realized the towels they used were not fresh. They were soiled, slightly damped and smelt of the massage oil even before my massage session started. Looks like they were recycled. Yesterday, will be my first and my last visit...

the recep ask me `full body msg 60mins?` i ans `yup`, straight away the massuese bring me in the room. i dont call it massage coz it feels like apply oil only! i think she's sleeping. i'm really not happy with the service. after the treatment i changed n wait outside a quite sometime.
i myself need to go to the counter n say i wnt to pay. what?!? i dnt mind to pay $60 for 1hr provided it's a satisfying massage.

The receptionist was brusque over the phone when I made the appointment and hung up without repeating or confirming my appointment. The receptionist at the counter ignored my bf and I when we arrived and we had to go up to her to make our presence known. The massage was horrible. The therapist was new, I assume, and did not know what she was doing. I experienced pain in my leg and feet after the massage and had to go for a foot reflexology (at another place of course!) a week later. No one said anything when we left. I go for massages once a month, and this place is the worst I have ever been to! The vibe is so bad that I did not feel relaxed at all.
